Blackjack POP

Blackjack POP keeps things simple. Set your bet and press the deal button. A starting pair arrives for you; the dealer also gets two cards, showing one and hiding the other. Your running total is shown above your cards, so you always know where you stand.

 

The goal hasn't changed: end up nearer 21 than the dealer's hand, and don't go over. Ranks from 2 through 10 score their printed numbers; picture cards are worth 10 apiece. An Ace takes either 1 or 11, whichever benefits the hand without busting. Moves you can't make are greyed out, so there's no guessing what's allowed.

 

FEATURES

Hit or Stand: Request your next card through Hit. Stand preserves the total and ends your turn on that hand. Going past 21 is a bust, losing that wager.

 

Double and Split: When offered, Double doubles your main bet and deals you one final card. Split turns a qualifying opening pair into two separate hands, with a second bet the same size as the first, and you play each in turn.

 

Insurance: An Insurance offer leaves you free to accept or pass. Accepting adds a separate side wager. The return is 2:1 if dealer Blackjack is revealed; your own hand's score doesn't determine that result.

 

Payouts and Pushes: Normal hand wins settle at 1:1. Ace plus any ten-point card in the starting pair forms a natural, earning 3:2 if successful. It's above 21 reached after the deal. When both sides hold naturals, the bet comes back. Without naturals, identical end totals likewise return your main wager.
